Pick a service and a time, and we put your booking in front of the independent local pros who cover your area and that slot. The first to accept takes it at the price you were quoted, and they carry out the work — we handle the booking, the payment and the support around it. SortedHQ is a marketplace, not the service provider: the pro you book performs the work, and they run their own business. Cleaning is where the marketplace opened first; beauty, gardening and handyman work run on exactly the same model, and each goes live area by area.
Why we exist
Booking a trustworthy person to come to your home is still harder than it should be — a scatter of phone numbers, vague quotes, and no-shows. SortedHQ brings that into one place: a single, calm way to book home and personal services, built for Ireland by people who live here. We're built deliberately small at the start: we open one category at a time, area by area, rather than claiming cover we don't have.
We're a small team of engineers, living in Ireland, who got tired of how hard it is to book a trustworthy person for the house. So we're building the thing we wanted.
What we stand for
No surge, and never more than the hold.
Pros set their own rates. Before you book you see the price range and the exact amount we hold on your card. When a pro accepts, you pay their rate — often less than the hold, never more. No surge.

We can't vet every pro ourselves. Each one self-declares their vetting status and any trade licences at signup — we show these as declared, we don't independently verify them — and you'll see exactly what's on file for your pro on your bookings page.
