We use these documents only to verify your identity and your right to work before approving your SortedHQ partner application. Access is restricted to authorised SortedHQ administrators; documents are never shown publicly or to customers. We rely on the steps necessary to enter into your partner agreement and on our legal obligations to verify right-to-work as our lawful bases, and we keep these documents only as long as needed for verification and our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie). See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

At least one. Employer references, landlord good-conduct letters, university letters, etc. Add one or more (PDF, JPG or PNG (.pdf, .jpg, .png), max 10 MB each, up to 5). You can add more across several picks — the list below builds up. Only upload references you are entitled to share. Please make sure your referee is aware their letter and contact details may be reviewed by SortedHQ for verification.
