SortedHQ is a technology platform that connects customers with independent service partners across Cleaning, Beauty, Gardening, and Handyman. By creating a SortedHQ customer account, you agree to the following.
1. About SortedHQ
- SortedHQ is an umbrella brand offering four live services today: Cleaning, Beauty, Gardening, and Handyman.
- The platform currently operates across the 26 counties of the Republic of Ireland.
- Service partners listed on the platform are independent businesses. They are not employees or agents of SortedHQ.
2. Booking and pricing
- Prices are computed and locked at the moment you confirm a booking. The price you see at confirmation is the price you pay.
- You may cancel a booking directly in the app while it is in "pending" status — that is, before a partner has claimed it. No cancellation fee applies at this stage.
- Once a partner has claimed your booking, please contact support@sortedhq.ie to arrange a cancellation or change.
3. Partner conduct and your property
- Partners are professionals operating their own businesses and follow their own professional standards, training, and equipment practices.
- You agree to provide safe access to the location where the service will be performed (e.g. keys, codes, parking, lighting).
- You agree to provide an accurate description of the work required so the partner can come prepared and quote correctly.
4. Liability and damages
SortedHQ is a technology company that connects independent partners with customers. Service partners are not employees or agents of SortedHQ. In the event of any issue, loss, or damage to your property arising from a service, SortedHQ is not liable; any claim must be raised directly with the partner who performed the service. SortedHQ will assist with partner contact details and incident logging on request.
5. Data and communications
- Your email and phone number are used for booking-related communications: confirmations, partner-assigned notifications, and cancellations.
- The same contact details are used for account recovery if you lose access.
- SortedHQ admin controls which communication channels are active at any given time and may enable or disable email, SMS, or in-app messages as the platform evolves.
6. Changes to these terms
- SortedHQ may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
