Choose a date and time
Let us know when suits you. Pros set their own rates. Before you book you see the price range and the exact amount we hold on your card. When a pro accepts, you pay their rate — often less than the hold, never more. No surge. If no pro accepts, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
We send your request to available pros
Your booking goes out to every available pro nearby who covers your service and time slot. The first to accept takes it, at their rate within the range you were shown — no bidding, no back-and-forth.

Who you're booking
Garda-vetting status, self-declared
SortedHQ pros self-declare whether they're Garda vetted at signup, along with any service-specific checks (licences, insurance, trade certifications). We show what each pro has declared on every booking, so you can see it before you book. These are their own declarations, not checks we carry out.
Held to a reliability standard
Pros agree to clear cancellation terms when they accept a booking, so customers can plan with confidence.
