For our Drive Me Home service we charge the higher of per-kilometre or per-hour, plus a small base fee that covers the driver's Luas or bus home. No surge pricing. Pricing for other SortedHQ services will be published before each one launches.

Cancellation policy
Nothing's charged until a driver has actually committed. Once a driver accepts your request you have a 5-minute grace window to change your mind — after that a €5 fee covers their travel time.
