Local partners set their own rates, you see the cost before you book, and the price never surges — one transparent total, no hidden fees.

1. 

   Independent partners set their own rates

   SortedHQ doesn't fix prices. Local, independent partners price their own work — you're booking a real person who runs their own rates, not a rate card we set.

2. 

   You see the price before you book

   You always see the cost up front. We show the price range for partners available near you; when you book, we place a temporary hold on your card for the top of that range — an authorisation, not a charge. Once a partner accepts your job, you're charged their actual rate, which sits within that range — often less than the hold, and never more.

3. 

   No surge, ever

   Your price doesn't jump with demand, the weather, or the time of day. What you're quoted is what you'd pay at 8am on a Tuesday or 6pm on a Friday.

4. 

   One transparent total

   The price you see already includes our service fee — there are no hidden add-ons stacked on at checkout. One number, the whole job.
